NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 001571 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE9, Plaintiff, and LESLIE BRITTON; THE ESTATE OF BRENDA RICHARDSON, DECEASED; NERVA B. ROBERTS A/K/A NERVA ROBERTS; IDA LEE LOFTERS; MARY D. WRIGHT; HANSEL GEORGE RICHARDSON A/K/A HANSEL G. LOT 6, BLOCK 5, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 95, 95A THROUGH 95D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
