Plaintiff, v.
SNYDER IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED 9/28/01; LEXI PRINCE, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE SNYDER IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED 9/28/01; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SNYDER IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED 9/28/01, et al.,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2019 CA 4154 NC on December 3, 2019 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7053 Tallywood, Phase 1, a Condominium per Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1368 page 613, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 14, pages 13A thru 13E, as amended in Condominium Book 15, Pages 43 thru 43E, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www. sarasotarealforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on January 7, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
