NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003239 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-12, is the Plaintiff and GILDE H. TRON; PETER TARRA; and HILDE H. TRON, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
