NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-002179 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Nadine Michele Groover a/k/a Nadine M. Groover are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 29, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 2004, MAKE: PALM HARBOR HOMES, VIN#: PH0615195AFL, VIN#: PH0615195BFL and VIN#: PH0615195CFL.
Since only the manufactured home is foreclosed by this action, and this action is not a foreclosure of the land where the manufactured home is located, no property address is shown.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
