NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 19, 2019, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lots 3 to 8, Inclusive, Block 8, DOVERCREST, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 41, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 31, 2019, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
