NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-CC-036102 in the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CAMDEN WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and SHANNON S EGGLESTON, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on: January 24, 2020 conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., after first given notice as required by Section 45.031(10) and 45.035(1) and (3),Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, CAMDEN WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGES 140-145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 7914 CAMDEN WOODS DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33619.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
