THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SD3, is Plaintiff and LAURA M. DANIEL; VIVIAN LYNNE GRANGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA M. DANIEL; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LAURA M. DANIEL; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VIVIAN LYNNE GRANGE;
BOYETTE SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will
