NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-000832 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW1, Plaintiff, and ERNESTO FERNANDEZ; MARGARITA FERNANDEZ; THE VILLAGES AT CYPRESS CREEK MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SANDRA GARCIA, are Defendants.
