ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW1, Plaintiff, and ERNESTO FERNANDEZ; MARGARITA FERNANDEZ; THE VILLAGES AT CYPRESS CREEK MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SANDRA GARCIA, are Defendants.
