Mercado ,Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns,Royal Manor Villas Homeowners Association, Inc,The Unknown spouse of Edward Mercado a/k/a Edward V.
