NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 24, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-006748-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JULIENNE ALEXIS A/K/A JULIANNE ALEXIS; LEBRUN ALEXIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TD&G DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC. A/K/A TD& G DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC.; AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC. A/K/A AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL SERVICES OF FL; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on January 7, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK “B”, ROBINSWOOD SECTION 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
