Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment as to Counts II and IV of Amended Verified Complaint and Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the Property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 22 East; thence run South 81°40'56” West along the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, 641.63 feet; thence run North 00°00'22” East, 30.32 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of Harper Avenue, said point also being the Point of Beginning and lying on the centerline of vacated Church Street; thence continue North 00°00'22” East along the center line of said vacated Church Street, 312.67 feet; thence run North 89°59'38” West, 446.39 feet; thence run South 44°19'10” East, 189.44 feet; thence run South 00°00'22” West, 55.00 feet; thence run South 44°39'09” West, 276.17 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of Harper Avenue; thence run North 81°40'56” East, along said Northerly right-of-way, 513.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Above described property is being in HARVEY'S CENTRAL DIVISION, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 14, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
