NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 082018CA000608XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER L. EMORY A/K/A JENNIFER LYNN RISSMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1412, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 20A THRU 20F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
