YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Paradise Bay Estates, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to foreclose a Claim of Lien and terminate a proprietary leasehold interest and evict you from the following property in MANATEE County, Florida:
Unit 13-B, Paradise Bay Estates, a residential cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1446, Page 7204, together with Scrivener's Affidavit recorded in Official Records Book 1450, Page 3494 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
upon which lies the following single-wide mobile home:
1968 CRAF, VIN FH441CK12WM966, Title No. 0003051606
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
