JONES A/K/A HUNTER JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUNTER B. JONES A/K/A HUNTER JONES; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; REGIONS BANK, A FOREIGN CORPORATION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANCORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants.
