LOT 7, LESS THE SOUTH 50 FEET, BLOCK 1, OF CLARK MOUNTS RE-SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE LLOYD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 322, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PORTION OF THE SAME PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN DEED DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1991, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1331, PAGE 566, OF SAID RECORDS
