NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 412014CA000302 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2013 SC3 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and CHARLES ALEXANDER FORTH A/K/A CHARLES A. FORTH A/K/A CHARLES FORTH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KENNETH KENNEDY, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL KENNEDY, DECEASED; ELIZABETH L.
