NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-002544 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-PA2, Plaintiff and Thomas W. Brady are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 4, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 16, OF EDGEMERE SUBDIVISION, IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 16, OF EDGEMERE SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 56 FEET, THENCE WEST 49 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 7, BLOCK 16, THENCE SOUTH 56 FEET, THENCE EAST 49 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
