YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and remove cloud of ownership on the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 18; thence North 89°24'24” West along the South line of said Southwest 1/4, a distance of 647.36 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Singletary Road; thence North 80°01'07” West along said right-of-way line at a distance of 200.00 feet to a point. Thence North 62°13'44” East a distance of 963.87 feet to the East line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18; thence South 00°59'53” West along said East line a distance of 490.58 feet to the Beginning and containing 5.0000 acres of land more or less.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, Bianca N.
