SLAGLE; CARLA T. SLAGLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on January 2, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, BEING LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERNMOST 20 FEET OF THE EAST 2/3 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, AND TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, BEING LOCATED ON THE EAST 20 FEET OF THE WEST 1/3 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
