NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered on June 5, 2018, and the “Amended Order Granting the Lender's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on December 5, 2019, in the above-styled action, in the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Polk County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, electronically online at the following website: www.polk.realforeclose.com on January 9, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.

Lot 130, ALDEA RESERVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 135, Page 23, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
