LUCENA A/K/A JUAN LUCENA; LAURA L. HENAO A/K/A LAURA HENAO; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC are the Defendant(s). STACY M.
