DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff and EDWARD BRYAN FORSYTHE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13TH day of JANUARY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
