Notice Is Given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 26, 2019 in Case No. 19-CC-001364-JTM of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ISLAND ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY W. FOX, DECEASED, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BEVERLY W. FOX are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on January 9, 2020, the following described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Unit 132, THE ISLAND CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 933, at Page 1438, and as subsequently amended, in the public records of Collier County, Florida.
*Note: Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
