NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2019, and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated December 6, 2019, entered in Case No.: 2018-CA-003882-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CIVIC HOLDINGS III TRUST is the Plaintiff, and EMPIRE PROPERTY REAL ESTATE LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, HAYDEE MONTIEL AS MANAGER AND PRESIDENT OF EMPIRE PROPERTY REAL ESTATE LLC, NATALIE E. DOMINGUEZ AS AUTHORIZED MEMBER OF EMPIRE PROPERTY REAL ESTATE LLC, and PAUL O. WARSHAWSKY are the Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on January 9, 2020, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 79, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Property Address: 2760 Golden Gate Boulevard West, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
