NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-000352-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-14, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and TEUTA MISKA F/K/A TEUTA PASHOLLARI; ILIR PASHOLLARI A/K/A ILIR PAHOLLARI; M.L. SHAPIRO AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1390 TIFFANY LANE TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1390 TIFFANY LANE TRUST; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; CAT 5 CONTRACTING, INC., are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2305, BUILDING 23, PHASE 6, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3646, PAGE 3745, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3654, PAGE 754, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3654, PAGE 756, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORJDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
