NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-000858 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Mortgage Research Center, LLC d/b/a Veterans United Home Loans, a Missouri Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and Christin Michelle Plummer a/k/a Christin Plummer; Coleman James Plummer a/k/a Coleman Plummer; are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 43, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NUMBER 49, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 330 10TH ST NE, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
