NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2016-CA-006529-NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 26.10 FEET OF LOT 19 AND ALL OF LOT 20, BLOCK B, SUNILAND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 107, LESS THEREFROM RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SAWYER ROAD IN ROAD PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5 AND ROAD PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 21, AND ALSO LESS THAT PORTION TAKEN FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2089, PAGE 2452, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
