NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 11, 2019, in Civil Case No. 18-CA-002323, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, NEWREZ, LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff, and SABRINA BLACKBURN, A/K/A SABRINA EILEEN BLACKBURN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NANCY J. WILLIAMS; BRITTANY BLACKBURN A/K/A BRITTANY SUZANNE BLACKBURN; CAMERON BLACKBURN A/K/A CAMERON RANDLE BLACKBURN -- MINOR CHILD, IN THE OF SABRINA BLACKBURN A/K/A SABRINA EILEEN BLACKBURN, HIS NATURAL MOTHER AND GUARDIAN; SABRINA BLACKBURN, A/K/A SABRINA EILEEN BLACKBURN, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 10, 2020 at 09:00 AM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 2313, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 36, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 THROUGH 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
