NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004184, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FRANK ROONEY; JEANETTE ROONEY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of JANUARY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 100 FEET OF LOT 18, LYING WEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF POWELL CREEK, IN UNIT “A” OF LITTLEGROVES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 11 TROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
