NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2019, entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-002517 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jeffery A. Pollock a/k/a Jeffrey Pollock; Unknown Spouse of Jeffery A. Pollock a/k/a Jeffrey Pollock; American Express National Bank are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on the January 10, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, MORNINGSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 46 AND 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
