CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR VICTORIA CAPITAL TRUST (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUMMIT CREST CAPITAL, LLC F/K/A CALCAP, LLC, A FL LIMITED LIABILITY CO.; DAVID C. HELM, II A/K/A DAVID HELM; JAX FINANCIAL, LLC; NSQUARE, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www. lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of JANUARY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 35, 36 AND 37, BLOCK 2290, CAPE CORAL UNIT 36, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
