NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-002856 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RM2, is the Plaintiff and Chil Etienne; Yanick Etienne; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK 23, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
