NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-003133 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Faith Selig George a/k/a Faith Gayleen George a/k/a Faith G. George a/k/a Faith G. Selig, Individually and as Successor Trustee and Beneficiary of the Jack and Faith Selig Trust, dated March 2, 2006 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 10, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 20 AND 21, BLOCK 134 OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, PART 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 13, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
