NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-007119 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF11 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Julio Almeda, Jose Eliett Menedez a/k/a Jose Elliett Menendez a/k/a Jose E. Menendez, Sean M. O'Connor a/k/a Sean M. OConnor, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor in interest to SouthTrust Bank, National Association, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A John Doe, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the January 29, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
