Final Judgment was awarded on December 3, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-009100, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER MCCORMICK, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ANITA J. BRADY AKA ANITA BRADY (DECEASED) REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 28, 2002 AS AMENDED AND RESTATED ON JULY 27, 2017; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ANITA J.BRADY AKA ANITA BRADY (DECEASED) REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 28, 2002 AS AMENDED AND RESTATED ON JULY 27, 2017; CALUSA TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
