NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-008111 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB6 is the Plaintiff and CLAYTON M. TRIMBLE; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIRST FLORIDA INVESTMENT GROUP INC.; JENNIFER L. BAKER N/K/A JENNIFER L. TRIMBLE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 14, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
