NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2019, entered in Case No. 522019CA002020XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Richard W. Lukert a/k/a Richard W. Luckert; Teresa G. Lukert; HSBC Finance Corporation, successor by merger to HSBC Bank, Nevada, N.A., as successor in interest to Direct Merchants Credit Card Bank, N.A.; City of Pinellas Park, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, AND WATER LOT 33, SPRAGUE SPENCER SECOND REPLAT AND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
