NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2019 and entered in Case No. 17-000641-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AM Squared Investment Group, LLC is Plaintiff, and Melissa Goodell, et al. are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to begin at 10:00 a.m., on January 28, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1403, CHEVY CHASE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 3 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE 13 IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 11 AND 12, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6345, PAGE 33 ET SEQ. AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE 13 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7136, PAGE 2085, PUBLIC RECORDS BOOK 7136, PAGE 2065, PUBLIC RECORS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
