NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-002238-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Richard L. Benedict, deceased , Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Lakes Homeowners' Association I Inc., Regions Bank successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, Stacey L Bruss a/k/a Stacey L. Blackwell a/k/a Stacey Benedict , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 28, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 26, THE LAKES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 64 AND 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
