NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 1, 2019 in Civil Case No. 52-2019-CA-002916 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is Plaintiff and JOSEPH DEMBIA, MARILYN M. DEMBIA A/K/A MARILYN DEMBIA, et al.,are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of February, 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 7107, Building 7, Phase II, Inverness Condominium IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 5667, Page 1428, as thereafter amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 73, Page 77, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
