YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and reform a legal description of the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit Number A-23, Bayshore Gardens Condominium Apartments Section 1, as per Condominium plat recorded in Condominium plat Book 1, at pages 4, 5, & 6, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 209 at pages 539 thru 569, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with all rights thereunto appertaining.
which in prior deeds is incorrectly listed as
Apartment A-23, BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Section 1, as per Condominium plat to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 376, Pages 608 through 622, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, pages 52 through 55 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Steele T. Williams, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is, 1381 McAnsh Sq., Sarasota, FL 34236, on or before February 3, 2020, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
