NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated 12-18-19 and entered in Case No. 2019CC001446AX of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on 2-18-2020, the following described property:
LOT 20, BLOCK K, LAKERIDGE FALLS, PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 182, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the
Business Observer.
