RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale granted on October 11, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA000489000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ARCHI TRUST LLC AS TRUSTEE FOR TRUST #112217-3834, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot No. 14, in Block No. 13, of HAMPTON HILLS SOUTH PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 1, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
