Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to all claims or estates of Defendant Thomas J. Reznicek and Victoria Jean Reznicek on the following described property in Collier County, Florida:
Week: 38/Unit: 406
of Sunset Cove Resort and Suites Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in the Official Records Book 3098 at Page 2185 of Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto (the “Declaration”).
Note is hereby given that on January 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl. 34112-5324 the Clerk of Court, Collier County, Florida, will offer for sale the above described Week/Unit.
The aforesaid sales will be made pursuant to the final judgments of foreclosure as to the above listed counts, respectively, in Civil Action No. 11-2018-CA-000585-0001.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
