NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2017- CA- 235 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 128, Leeward Bay at Tarpon Bay, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3445, page 2093, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 1927 Tarpon Bay Drive N, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
