NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2019 entered in Case Number: 11-2018-CA-001020-0001-XX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein: U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BNC3 and MATTHEW J. RYAN et al are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. January 16, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
