NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 13th day of December, 2019, in Civil Action No. 2019-CC-001353, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which RICHARD E. GILL, if living and if dead, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD E. GILL, HILDRED P. DUNCAN and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, are the Defendants, and QUAIL ROOST OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of January, 2020 the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 246, Quail Roost, Unit II, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1140, Pages 1078 through 1165, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
