NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated november 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-000081 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Emilie A. Gehrke; Moon Lake Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Amanda Gehrky; Unknown Party #2 n/k/a David Shaffer; and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 71, BLOCK A, MOON LAKE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
