NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2019 entered in Case No. 112018CA0015040001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT1 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Miller; Sallie C. Miller a/k/a Salle C. Miller; H. B. Wehrle, III; Waterford of Pelican Bay Property Owners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on January 16, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITE 11, PELICAN BAY UNIT THIRTEEN, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 80 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
