NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2019, and entered in Case No. 58-2019-CA-001174-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Laura Langeneger, deceased, Carrie Grewell, Gregory Lough, Jacob Lough, Johanna Oliver, Josua Courson, Kenneth Detweiler, Lake Tippecanoe Owners Association, Inc., Stacey Grewell a/k/a Stacey Orr, Steven Edward Grewell, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the January 21, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 201, LAKE TIPPECANOE - SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 923, PAGE 416, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 11, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
